Dear Netters,
1/ In this by Pierre given article, I found the interesting remark
of the greatest Rwandese KFH TRAC "circumcisiologist" of the twenty-
first century : "Antoine Rwego, a circumcision expert at Rwanda's
Treatment and Research AIDS Centre (TRAC), told IRIN/PlusNews there
was a danger that many Rwandan men would see circumcision as a
substitute for condoms. "If we don't give the right message we can
increase the risk of HIV transmission," he told IRIN/PlusNews".
2/ There is no medical nor humanistic purpose for this new crazy
Rwandan campaign in favor of male circumcision, but the goal is well
political : to increase the percentage of circumcized citizens in an
utopic concept of the Rwandan Havilah, to prove the presence of a
Southern lost tribe of Ytshraël, to take apparent physical distance
with christianity? Circumcision doesn't protect the male against
getting AIDS or other STD infection.
3/ The only way to follow in order not to get AIDS infection is the
marital fidelity, "LA FIDELITE CONJUGALE". This has been shown in
Uganda since 10 years in accurate public health campaigns. This has
been shown in the Bamboti and Batwa populations of the deep Central
African forests, who are traditionally monogamic: there is
statistically no AIDS incidence in these primitive pygmoïd
populations.
Mugaanga Agaculama who is not circumcized forever!
