Let me make the correct historical correction of your historically uncorrect and perhaps hysterical correst posting, even if it seems to be a "pastiche".
Let us be aware of the known weapon of the real enemies who invaded Rwanda in October 1990. These real enemies of Rwaanda have scientifically developed a well known weapon against the Rwanda majority. They have systematically distorted information on the real genocide against the Abanyarwaanda, both the Abahutu, first of all the Bakiga, and the Batuutsi who stayed in Rwaanda, the so called "Class Five" (to be eliminated). These real enemies of Rwaanda speak about "Genocide against Tutsi" and have constructed special laws against the divisionism, the negationism, that forbids to speak about the amooko between the Banyarwaanda: 20 years prison and no gacaca. In the years 1988-1994, RPF High Command was the sole responsible for the planification of Rwandan genocide. RPF strategy was, is and will ever be "PARA TOMAR EL PODER", like our friend the Spanish judge Don Fernando Andreu Merelles writes in his historical warrant of arrest, "to seize the power". RPF could not speculate on a democratic vitory and prefered BULLETS to BALLOTS. With democracy, RPF would never have the power in Rwaanda, never. They knew that and that's why they had only one solution: war, terrorism, coup d'Etat, genocide. This is the real speculation of RPF High Command at the orders of Afande PILATO. Of course, Mister Jean-Paul NGABOP, "double genocide" is totally a farce, but "single genocide of Rwandan people" is not a farce. It has been prepared coldly, applied and fructified by the bosses of the Militaro-political and terroristic party with the name of RPF. All what you write is nonsense, brother, but you don't understand because your brain has been transformed by the continuous propaganda of your RPF bosses in Kigali, brother. Nobody with a minimal sense will deny that Tutsi have been murdered in 1994, but it is a non sense that people deny that also Hutu people have been killed by RPF forces. The only manner to know who is what in the actual Rwanda, is to interrogate all the citizens under the protection of the international community. So we'll know where the Bakiga of Byumba-Ruhengeri disappeared. So we'll really know who claims to be Hutu or Tuutsi and where he's comming from!
There is no interest to differentiate genocide, war crimes, different kinds of crimes/murder or crimes against humanity. At the contrary, what is interesting is to analyse the source, the cause, the reason of all these types of crimes. On short term, all Rwandese citizens will understand that the first responsible of the Rwandan bloodbath, the first and sole "casus belli" is the actual president Paul Kagame. You probably know that is nickname in the Kampala Basiima House was "PILATO" because of his heartless coldness. If you don't know this, our Bagandan brothers remember perfectly this detail, in their bodies and in their soul.
So, when all the Rwandan citizens will understand that, they "should" not stand up and fight, as you wrote, but they will stand up and fight against the "one political party dictatorship" now prevailing in Rwaanda, and they will stand up and fight against those revisionists who don't say the truth, like you, mister NGABOP, with your Senegalese Wolof nickname! The international ICTR court in Arusha don't play its role to prosecute all the genocidaires who still moving freely in Rwaanda and in the world. The so called international justice only prosecutes the Hutu loosers, and never the Tuutsi criminals, like those on French and Spanish lists. This is the reality of an international political court, not of a juridical one. ICTR and the so called international community still protect genocide responsibles who have nice villas in Kigali after having destroyed Rwandan and Congolese peoples. You wrote that "DRC protect those pple for almost 15 years now they have killed about thousands of congoleses in more than three months in North Kivu". You forget to write that your criminal RPF friends are responsible for at least 6.000.000 people in both Rwaanda and DRC, including the 200.000 to 250.000 Batuutsi inside Rwaanda who have been killed since April the 6th, 1994, after the RPF Coup d'Etat against the presidents of Rwaanda and Buruundi.

I totally agree with you, mister NGABOP, but these criminals are not those refugees hiding in the Masisi forrests, or in the suburbs of Paris. These criminals seized the power in Rwaanda in 1994 and you perfectly know their names. I know you are living in Kigali (IP: 196.12.159.28) , so first look through your windows and you will see them... between Rugenge and Nyarugenge, with their body guards.
You write in English, mister NGABOP. You probably know that Kinyarwaanda or Runyarwaanda and French are spoken in this country since one century, in a country where there was not far from 85% Hutu people. How can you explain that English and Swahili have been imposed to the Rwandan people by this minority of Tutsi mercenaries having deserted the National Resistance Army of Uganda and representing no more than 10% of the 40% of Tuutsi diaspora?
Yes I write the words Hutu, and Tuutsi and why not also Twa: this is the Rwandan culture, mister NGABOP. You also mentioned "genocide of Tutsi". You know that, according to the New kagamist Rwandan Law, it is a crime even to say the words Hutu, Tutsi or Twa. This negationism and divisionism crime is punished by 20 years prison, mister NGABOP! So there are two types of laws and justices, one for the Tutsi winners and one for the Hutu loosers, in the country where there are different types of AMAHORO? A second key point: I hope that you have shoes, because, if not, you risk to be expelled from Kigali, by your RPF bosses !
